One page, 4to, integral blank leaf docketed on verso, matted with an engraved portrait, glazed in a gilt-wood frame, carefully repaired four-inch tear, a few discreet marginal repairs, slightly faded.
An order to affix the seal of the United States to "a Treaty concluded at Calapooia Creek [Oregon], on the 29th day of Novr. 1854, with the confederated bands of the Umpqua tribe of Indians & of the Calapooia residing in the Umpqua Valley".
