MEIJI PERIOD (CIRCA 1900), SIGNED WITH INLAID MARK NAMIKAWA SOSUKE

The tapered ovoid vase decorated in wireless technique with a spray of pink and white wild roses against a ground changing from a light grey to a pale, slightly yellow, cream color toward the rim, the leaves and stem of the flowers worked in silver wire, ring foot and rim shakudo, minute scratches and some minor pitting- 9 in. (22.5 cm.) high
