In her catalogue raisonné on Weston, Amy Conger writes of this image: In December 1924, Weston mentioned that he had taken nudes of Tina indoors and that they were "elegant things in line, fine technically." One wonders if this could be one of them. Obviously Weston approved of the print since he did not discard the negative.
