In the Charles X taste, depicting floral entwined architectural mouldings against a faux bois ground (edges frayed, ends frayed)-approximately 1ft. 2 1/2in. x 9ft. 7in. (57cm. x 2m. 92cm.), together with a sample panel in the Napoleon III taste, depicting seven examples of stained faux bois veneers including thuya foncé, acajou, bois de rose, palissandre, racine moyenne, and noyer (edges frayed, ends frayed, panels lifting)-each panel approximately 2ft. 2in. x 4ft. 2in. (66cm. x 1m. 27cm.), and a sample panel in the Napoleon III taste, including seven examples of varnished faux bois panelling, each with rounded rectangular panel printed to simulate a variety of woods including karelian birch, oak and bois clair, each separated by borders inscribed in ink with print run reference numbers (edges frayed)-each panel approximately 2ft. 2 1/2in. x 4ft. 2in.
