All the Napoleon III taste, depicting serpentine lime green beaded foliate banding hung with swags above burgundy cartouches with flocking against a mauve ground, two repeats (edges frayed, ends frayed)-each approximately 11in. x 13ft. (28cm. x 3m. 96cm.), and depicting interlacing devices in grey, lapis and cobalt blue against a satin white ground, three repeats (edges frayed, ends frayed)-each repeat approximately 6 1/2in. x 7ft. 6in. (16cm. x 2m. 28.5cm.), depicting interlacing devices in mauve, cerulian blue and taupe against black ground with flocking, the upper border beaded, three repeats (edges frayed)-each repeat approximately 6 1/2in. x 6ft. 1.2in.
