In the manner of the Spindler brothers, with serpentine crossbanded hinged top centrally inlaid with a fan reversing to a floral spray above a frieze inlaid with drapery swags, the side with a spring-operated drawer, on cabriole legs joined by a shaped undertier inlaid with cube parquetry ending in hoof feet, the undertier with a partically obliterated paper label inscribed in ink 'Carola...' (restorations to veneer, stretchers later)-31in. (79cm.) high, 23 1/2in. (59cm.) wide, 15 3/4in. (40cm.) deep
