The original mock-up for the published monograph illustrated with 46 laid-in photogravures folded back-to-back, with letterpress date and plate number in the margin. Accompanied by 15 gelatin silver prints (now detached) of plates 31-39, 41-46 (lacking plate 40), originally tipped-in on the last pages, each page dated and numbered in ink. Each gelatin silver print dated in ink and numbered in correspondence with the book plate numbers in pencil on the verso. Each approximately 9 x 7¼in. or smaller and the reverse. 4to. Loose in plain orange paper wrapper with penciled notations on the front cover.
