(12 3/8 x 8 1/8 in.), early nineteenth-century English maroon diced russia, covers with gilt fillet borders, turn-ins gilt, edges stained yellow, neatly rebacked in maroon calf, corners and fore-edges of boards abraded and with partial restoration, inner hinges cracked, some light foxing or spotting, lightly washed, marginalia faded. FIRST EDITION, Greek type, Aldine anchor device on title and final page.
