Geneva.", all abound with calligraphic title-page and engraved portrait in small quarto-size emerald green morocco, gilt-lettered, t.e.g., green cloth case. Most of the notes, in French, derive from a single source cited simply by Stevenson as "Bunguier, 'Calvin,'" and include quotations from letters of Calvin, passages on his conception of Geneva as a Christian Commonwealth, and historical anecdotes.
