The cabinet with a pair of doors now opening to a shelved velvet-lined interior, decorated with Chinese figures before pavilions, exotic birds and beasts and with etched brass mounts, the pierced stand carved with a pair of putti bearing an urn amidst foliate scrolls, on cabriole legs carved at the knees with flowerheads and acanthus and with scrolled toes (stand re-gilt, restorations)--67½in.(171cm.) high, 46in.(117cm.) wide, 24in.(61cm.) deep
