Kerver's unicorn device on title (Renouard 499), 47 large metalcuts (including the Anatomical Man), 35 small metalcuts, metalcut borders on every page (many historiated, including a long Dance of Death series), liquid-gold initials on blue or red grounds, yellow capital strokes. 19th-century red velvet, vellum doublures and liners, g.e. (spine somewhat rubbed).
