Parts I-IV (all published) in 1 volume, imperial 8° (288 x 186mm). Calligraphic manuscript title (verso blank), extract from Mullens & Swann (verso blank) and list of contents (verso blank), occasional liquid gilding, some pencilled decoration of initials. 24 hand-coloured lithographed plates by Keulemans, printed by Hanhart. (6 plates spotted, 2 somewhat soiled.) Later red half morocco, t.e.g., original wrappers bound-in, by Sangorski & Sutcliffe.
A FINE COPY. Keulemans intended this short-lived work to consist of 20 monthly parts containing 120 plates - only 4 parts ever appeared, no title was issued, and the 4th part in particular is rare. Mullens & Swann p.327; Nissen IVB 492.
