A BLUE AND WHITE BOTTLE VASE
CHOSON DYNASTY (SECOND HALF 18TH CENTURY)

Of well-proportioned ovoid form with tall, cylindrical neck and resting on a ring foot with recessed base, painted in underglaze blue in vivid medium blue with inky accents with four distinct sections of scrolling foliage each centering a single blossom, further painted with double rings of underglaze blue above the foot and below the rim-- 16 1/2 in. (41.9 cm.) high
