The tri-form base on three pedestal feet headed by acanthus and scrolls, chased overall with foliate scroll panels and rocaille, rising to baluster knopped stems similarly chased, with plain circular drip-pan above a knop chased with geometric design, with iron standard and pointed candlespike, apparently unmarked--overall height 23¾in.(60.4cm.)
