drypoint, soft-ground etching and aquatint in colors, 1890-1, on thick laid paper with a proprietary watermark, a fine impression, the colors warm and harmonious, sixth (final) state, signed in pencil, with the artist's blue monogram stamp (Lugt 604), from the edition of 25, with full margins, deckled on three sides, the left margin shaved (?), pale light-staining, slight mat staining and surface soiling in the margins and on the reverse, a 3/8-inch tear at the extreme bottom margin edge, not affecting the image, otherwise generally in very good condition, framed
