With reeded edge, splashed front and back with a tortoiseshell glaze, the front also with ochre and green 'egg and spinach' glazes (a tiny bit of surface wear)--8 5/8in. (21.9cm.) diam.; together with another similar, splashed with a tortoiseshell glaze (broken in six pieces and restuck)--8 1/8in. (20.7cm.) diam.; and a circular plate with shaped gadrooned edge splashed in tortoiseshell blue and green glazes (cracked, rim chip restored)--9¼in. (23.5cm.) diam. (3)
