LATE 18TH CENTURY, PUCE CROWN, CROSSED BATON AND D MARKS
The rims painted with angled green 'asparagus' reserved against the gilt-seeded ground, the sides of the wells gilt with vines (some wear)--9 1/8in. (23.2cm.) diam. of plate; together with a Derby soup plate of similar date with notched rim painted in colours with pink roses within gilt oval surrounds linked by a garland of garden flowers (gilding worn, hairline star cracks and staining to underside)--10 3/8in. (26.5cm.) diam.; a Derby plate, painted in iron-red and green and gilt with foliate scrolls (minor scratching)--9¾in. (24.7cm.) diam.; and a similarly painted Derby cream-jug (gilding worn)--4in.
