Folio, 332 x 201 mm. (13 1/16 x 7 13/16 in.), nineteenth-century vellum over pasteboard, ms. title label on spine, edges red-sprinkled, title cropped, some browning, small marginal repair to fol. (R)2, lacking binder's slip and possibly the Register to part 1 (called for by catchword on Q2v).
First Collected Edition, 5 parts in one, separate signatures and pagination, gothic type, title printed in red and black, double-page engraved plate with four subjects in part 1, 13 engraved text illustrations in part 3, a few small woodcut figures in text, woodcut head-piece and initials.
