All parts huanghuali except the tielimu shelves and back, the round corner posts pleasingly splayed, the doors of single panels finely carved with a ruyi-head and flowerhead-pattern openwork upper section, the lower carved with pairs of tendril dragons, the shaped apron with beaded edge, the wood of rich, reddish-brown tone, baitong fittings--40½in. (103cm.) high, 29½in. (75cm.) wide, 19in. (48cm.) deep
