AN ATTIC BLACK-FIGURE OLPE

With a bearded man, his dog at his feet, facing right and caressing the chin of the nearer of the two nude youths who holds a wreath in each hand, with a third youth to the left holding a hare, a nonsense inscription between the two youths, lotus buds above the scene, details in added red, including on the neck, a double-line below the scene, and on the foot, restored from fragments, minor areas of fill, 8 3/4in. (22.2cm.) high
