Baluster, on spreading circular foot with applied beaded rim below a repousse and chased with matted foliate scrolls, the body elaborately chased with similar foliage enclosing under the spout a cartouche engraved Henry Lewis FROM H.D.R. 1878, with foliate scroll handle and foliate scroll and rocaille spout, marked--11 1/2in. high
