Inverted pear-shaped, on spreading circular foot with beaded rim, the lower body a band of palmettes from which issue sweeping stylized flowers below a beadedrim, with scroll handle, the hinged domed cover surmounted by an urn finial, marked--4 3/4in. high; the spoon with circular bowl and downturned fiddle stem with a sheaf of wheat marked--5in. long
