on piece 1891 Mombasa Provisionals, "1 Anna" on 3a. initialled "V.H.M.", two singles bearing "MOMBASA" (15.10.1894) c.d.s. on small irregular piece, in combination with 1890-95 2½a.; one of the provisionals is additionally tied by "REGISTERED/WOOLWICH" dated oval.
