Bt De Grave & Co. Ltd. London, made for the County of Stafford, the balance beam inscribed CAPACITY 56LB, COUNTY OF STAFFORD, DE GRAVE & CO. LTD. MAKERS LONDON, the beam and pans variously stamped with dates from 1903 to 1956, mounted on a mahogany stepped plinth -- 63in. (160cm.) high
