A FRENCH PROVINCIAL OAK DISPLAY-CABINET, the moulded rounded cornice above a pair of glazed doors enclosing two shelves and flanked by rounded angles carved with foliate-trailed panels, the base section with moulded, rounded rectangular top above two panelled drawers and two shaped panelled doors enclosing a plain interior with one shelf, similarly flanked by rounded angles with tasselled panels, the panelled sides above a waved apron and on cabriole legs, restorations, the top and base probably associated, indistinctly inscribed to the reverse in chalk, late 18th early 19th Century
