Clowes Londini fecit on the silvered chapter ring with elaborate pierced blued steel hands, the matted centre with decorated calendar aperture and ringed winding holes, winged cherub spandrels, latches to the six ringed pillar twin fusee (wire lines) movement re-built knife-edge verge escapement, calibrated and rosette-engraved countwheel on the backplate engraved with flowerheads amongst scrolling foliage and within wheatear border engraving, the movement secured with bolts into the base pillars
