the frosted gilt fusee movement with pierced cock and foot to the edge of the top plate, round baluster pillars, repeating on the bell by depressing the pendant, the gold champlevé dial with Roman numerals, a sun and moon dial in a sector to the centre indicating the hours, Arabic five minute divisions indicated by a single blued steel hand to the centre, aperture at VI for the date, signed on a cartouche, with later pierced brass case and bell, dial and movement signed - 42mm. diam.
