The pavé-set diamond pierced band with baguette, square, marquise and bullet-shaped diamond detail, the diamond hinged cover opening to reveal a rectangular white dial with black Arabic chapters, arrow hands and back winder mounted in platinum, Paris, 1929, 17.5 cm.
