A LARGE FRENCH SHAPED-OVAL INKSTAND

On four foliate scroll feet, the base chased with leaves and foliate ornaments, with foliate scroll border and handles to each end, the central stem raised with two female figures on either side supporting garland swag, above with a white enamelled clock dial surrounded with flowers, scrolls and rocaille and supporting a baluster table bell applied with busts and with figural handle, the central stem flanked with two circular pots, with similar decoration and with covers applied with further figural finials - 41 cm long
