Composed of a stand engraved in the middle with the Imperial double headed eagle within champlevé enamel geometric design with the Russian inscription "The grateful peasants of the Nikolaievski district of the Samara Government to the Tsar 1871", a bowl with similar enamel decoration, a cast and chased cover realistically imitating a draped cloth with red and blue geometric champlevé enamel design with the enamel inscription To the Tsar, Our Father, together with a large serving spoon with similar enamel design.
