two marked with Feodor Ruckert's initials, Moscow, two marked with Riga import marks, all circa 1890, all retailed by Ovchinnikov

Each hinged egg decorated on one side with a stet enamel scene: an Imperial double headed eagle, an angel, two cokerels and two chicks and a hare, revealing inside a silver-gilt frame, each in original fitted case stamped Ovchinnikov. 2.8 cm high (without the loop) (4)
