According to Mr. Klaas Akkerman, Art Nouveau specialist, the pendant "Chant du cygne" was designed by Philippe Wolfers (1858-1929) in 1901. Due to the relatively large number produced, all copies of this jewel were not signed by Wolfers. Until now, ten copies of this pendant are known, and they all differ from each other in the details.
