with gilt full-plate movement, pierced Egyptian pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement with large pierced and engraved continental cock, steel alarm train with pierced fixed barrel, silver champleve dial with Roman numerals and concentric alarm disc, blued steel pointer, inner case pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage, the outer formerly leather covered with pin-work decoration, movement signed - 57 mm diam.
