The brooch of openwork lozenge form with central raised diamond boss and outer detail enclosing four cabochon garnets, the bangle set at the front with a diamond flower and cabochon garnet panel, engraved hoop,
both circa 1840, mounted in silver and gold, the brooch 5.0cm. wide
Provenance: Mrs Robert Henderson of Sedgwick Park, near Horsham, then bequeathed to her daughter The Countess of Leitrim (2)
