A SWISS ENAMELLED GOLD SEALING-WAX CASE
Geneva, maker's mark partly rubbed, circa 1780/1790

Slightly tapering étui-à-cire of flattened cylindrical form, the four guilloché panels coated with translucent apple green enamel and framed by sablé bands decorated with flowers and foliage in translucent green and opaque white and blue enamel -- 114 mm high.
