The following lots are from the Estate of Boris Michaelovich Stahovich grandfather of the present owner. Born in 1879 he was educated at the Corps of Pages like his father. During the first world war he served at the Stavka until the beginning of the Revolution in 1917.

Including the Order of St. Vladimir, fourth class, gold and enamel, 3,7 cm, the medal for the Russo Japanese war, the medal for the bicentenary of the battle of Poltava, the medal for the centenary of the war of 1812, the medal for the bicentenary of the battle of Gangut, the medal for the tricentenary of the Romanov dynasty, the medal for the mobilisation of 1914, the Legion of Honour, Officer badge, the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George together with the medal commemorating the war of 1812.
