with fully jewelled nickel-finished bar movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, repeating on two gongs, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, gilt half-hour divisions, subsidiary seconds, pierced gilt hands, case cast and chased with elaborate foliage on matted ground, the cover with a complex diamond, ruby and sapphire-set monogram, the back pierced to reveal an unusual enamelled photographic portrait of two young women within scroll surround, slide repeat in the band, cuvette signed- 41mm diam.
