with nickel-finished fully jewelled lever movement, Woolf's tooth winding, bi-metallic compensation balance, repeating on two gongs, the small opalescent blue and white chapter ring with subsidiary seconds flanked by enamelled equestrian figures against blued steel plate, striking on simulated bells, the back with white enamel calendar dial indicating with Chinese characters the day and date on two subsidiary dials, the month on the outer ring and moonphase in an aperture, the case with engraved bezels, the cover with Watteauesque musician scene in polychrome enamel within blue and red rosette border, the back en suite with floral landscape, repeat slide in band, movement signed- 61mm diam.
