9", with nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, gyromax balance, free-sprung regulator, platinum cuvette with Patek Philippe Anniversary inscription, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, blued-steel moon-style hands, the circular hinged case (No. 2864364 Ref. 3960) with platinum dome screwed lugs, together with a platinum Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed- 34mm diam.

This watch was produced to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Patek Philippe

The production was limited to 2000 pieces in yellow gold, 150 in white gold and 50 in platinum
