signed Poitevin Fabt., circa 1890
with nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, repeating on two gongs, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, the case engraved with flower decoration, a monogram on the reverse and a plain half-hunter chapter ring with Roman numerals, slide repeat in band, signed on cuvette- 42mm diam.
