On shaped-circular domed base, the baluster shaft similarly shaped, the four-light lamp surmounted by a ring suspending chains fitted with a turned extinguisher, a pair of snuffers, a pair of tongs and a scraper, the tall upper cylindrical shaft terminating in an elaborate openwork scroll handle, fitted with adjustable cartouche-shaped screen embossed with scroll and rocaille and engraved in the center with two coats-of-arms each beneath a crown, marked on base - 78 cm (30¾ in) high
