A very fine miniature of an actor, with flowing silver-grey hair and beard, wearing a silver-edged blue tunic and dark belt, a brown shawl draped over his left shoulder; oval -- 103 mm high, the base with artist's join, gilt-metal frame with pink silk reverse.
