Titles, additional engraved title in each volume, portrait of the author, folding map of the voyage by Tardieu after Lale, 18 plates including 15 by Delvaux after Stothart and 3 before letters, by Dupréel and De Lignon after Duvivier. (One or two plates very lightly spotted.) Blue panelled morocco stamped and roll-tooled in gilt and blind, spines in six compartments, lettered in two, g.e., by P. Simier, with his stamp on spine of vol. I (corners slightly rubbed). Cohen-de Ricci 406 ("L'édition est fort belle"). (3)
