(13 7/16 x 9 1/4in.), vellum, uncut, first three leaves with single repaired tears, small burn holes in Dd2,3 and Ee5, Ee4 and 5 with ink stains, small repaired tear on Pp3, final leaf patched on verso, gutters of first three leaves reinforced, some slight worming in lower blank gutters.
Fourth folio edition, half-title, engraved title within an elaborate architectural border with figural anatomical subjects, numerous text woodcuts, ornamental initials.
