lithographs, 1834-43, on wove paper, the rare original wrappers with title and set of thirteen plates, from the First Edition, L.D. 105 and 110 first state (of two), L.D. 103, 104, 108, 109, 111, and 116 second state (of three), L.D. 106, 113, 115, 118 intermediate states between Delteil's second and third state, with the text, but before the printer's name, L.D. 112 third state (of four), from the total issue of 80 in this edition (Moreau records '60 sur blanc et 20 sur chine'), the full sheets as published, the wrappers with two short repaired tears, some foxing throughout, otherwise generally in good condition, mounted on guards at the left sheet edge and bound in later marble boards, with blue leather spine with artist's name and title in gilt, slightly scuffed at the edges
