cover 1860 (Sept.) wrapper made from the front cover of the September edition of the "Cape Monthly Magazine", printed by Saul Solomon & Co., Steam Printing Office, addressed to England, bearing a fine block of three 1855-58 white paper 1d. rose-red (good margins all round except at one corner where just cut-into), tied by black triangular cancellation. A fine example of the very rare treepence rate.
