A MEISSEN PORCELAIN WHITE-GROUND ORMOLU-MOUNTED ECUELLE AND COVER (Deckelschüssel), applied in relief with meandering vine (Weinlaubranken), with two interlaced branch handles, the domed cover similarly decorated with a baroque helmetted female bust handle, the pierced mounts in the rocaille style (handle replaced, one chip above one handle, minor chips to vine), marked with blue crossed swords and two dots, mid 18th Century (mounts contemporary)
