A TERRACOTTA MERANER IDYLLE, featuring three orthodox Jews sitting on a bench talking, painted in brown, black, grey and pink, each wearing a long coat, boots, a black hat, a beard and earlocks, the left one supporting his head with his hand, the middle one holding an umbrella, the right one a walking-stick, the bench inscribed below "Meraner Idylle", stamped inside Austria J M 669, Austria, circa 1910
