Gathered in 26 signed guires of 4 leaves=104 leaves (final leaf 104 blank), title within architectural arch, owners' inscriptions on title, verso of leaf 2 with woodcut cartouche head-piece (70 x 100 mm), very minor worming in first leaves not affecting text, slightly worming in leaves 29-35 affecting two letters, minor stains, signed by censor, at the end of the text, in 1618, without censorship of text, 19th century quarter leather with boards, stained and slightly rubbed, edges painted in green, fine copy.
