A LARGE TIBETAN COPPER STUPA, the base with two rows of lotus-petals, supporting an indented bell-shaped body, surmounted by a shaped square roof, each side moulded with five ratna's, one side inlaid with turquoise and coral beads, a double lotus-petal base above, supporting a separate cast thirteen tiered conical shaped upper section with a lotus finial, a chattra above, moulded with pendants, the front side with turquoise, lapis lazuli and coral inlay, a lotus-bud on top, the ends of a scarf floating to both sides and surmounted by the emblems of half-moon and sun, the last with insert, containing a miniature painting of probably Vajradhara and covered with a large glass-bead (probably later) and a knotted scarf as finial, probably resealed (although consecration material lacking), engraved with a lotus flower, the center with lion, surrounded by four large petals, containing horse, elephant, kinnari and bird, surrounded by eight petals, each containing a Buddhist symbol, late 14th - early 15th
